Our mission is to to improve resident care by improving the leadership and bedside manner skills of healthcare providers and administrators in long-term care settings. We conduct Continuing Education Programs open to all long-term care professionals, and we provide customized assessment, training and coaching services to corporate clients and individual professionals.
