We offer many of the same services to individual Administrators, Directors of Nursing and other long-term care leaders as we offer to our corporate clients. In addition, we provide continuing education programs via in-person seminars and teleconferences that are open to all long-term care professionals.  We specialize in assessment and One-On-One Coaching services for individual long-term care professionals.

Our services are designed to improve leadership effectiveness by enhancing emotional and social competencies, which frequently are referred to as Emotional Intelligence.  Our approach to enhancing Emotional Intelligence is rooted in our proprietary LEADER-EFFECT® Model that comprises twelve key evidence-based leadership skills. We know that the better a leader is at using these skills, the better a leader he or she will be. We also know that each leader must develop her, or his, own way of using them.

We help our clients to use LEADER-EFFECT® skills effectively, taking into account their current Emotional Intelligence, which is relatively amenable to change, and their Psychological Type, which refers to a set of characteristics that are more stable and resistant to change.  In other words, we help you to maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses in developing a leadership style that works for you. We use the most respected and widely used assessment instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory® and the BarOn EQ-I® to supplement interview data and other information you provide, so that we may get to know you as well as possible before we work with you to set goals and design strategies to achieve them.
